The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing old tractors from customers and dealers at competitive prices for the company.
This is a field sales and procurement role requiring solid negotiation skills, local market understanding, and relationship management with tractor dealers and farmers. Key Responsibilities -
Identify and connect with tractor owners, farmers, and dealers for used tractor procurement
Purchase old tractors at reasonable and profitable prices for the company
Conduct market visits and generate procurement leads in assigned territories
Evaluate tractor condition, model, documentation, and resale potential
Negotiate pricing and close procurement deals efficiently
Maintain relationships with local tractor dealers and brokers
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle transfer process
Achieve monthly procurement targets
