About The Role

The Application Support Lead for HR & UK Payroll within Balfour Beatty India is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the support, stability, and ongoing enhancement of critical HR and Payroll systems.



This position requires a seasoned skilled with deep technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and related modules, combined with strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will lead a team of application analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure the seamless operation of HR and Payroll applications. Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and third-party vendors, the role aims to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient system support aligned with organizational and legal standards. Qualifications

Extensive experience in leading or acting as a senior escalation point within application support teams, preferably in HR and Payroll domains.
