We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage our accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting functions. This is a high-ownership role offering excellent exposure to the complete finance operations of a rapidly growing AI company.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.
Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
This role is intended for early-career professionals looking to grow with a fast-paced AI startup.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, GST, TDS, payroll, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Office 365, and the GST Portal. Experience with accounting automation tools and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Experience in preparing financial statements, Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
