We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst Intern to act as a bridge between clients and the software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating software enhancements, testing new releases, preparing technical documentation, and managing change requests throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a good understanding of software development processes.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and change requests.
Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications for the software development team.
Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries throughout the development lifecycle.
Plan, prioritize, and track change requests, bug fixes, and enhancement tasks.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)



for software updates, patches, and new features.
Log, track, and verify software defects before software releases.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user manuals, software architecture documentation, release notes, test cases, and test reports.
Monitor project progress, coordinate software releases, and support deployment activities.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure software quality, compliance with project requirements, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
