We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to turn data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to analyse business performance, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse large business and financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, Python, and BI tools to track key business KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Product, and Marketing to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
Prepare monthly business performance reports and present insights with explicit recommendations to stakeholders.




Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve overall reporting efficiency.
Monitor business metrics, investigate performance changes, and recommend strategies to improve operational and financial outcomes.
