· Support and coordinate the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes.

· Develop and maintain financial models incorporating premium income, claims ratios, commissions,

reinsurance costs, investment income, solvency metrics, and operating expenses.

· Partner with underwriting, product, and business teams to analyze and forecast profitability across

insurance lines including Motor, Health, Property, Commercial, and Liability.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management commentary

on actual performance versus budget and forecast.

· Monitor and analyze key insurance KPIs such as premium growth, loss ratio, combined ratio, expense

ratio, persistency, and channel profitability.

· Identify expense trends, productivity drivers, and opportunities for cost optimization and operational

efficiency.

· Provide financial support to distribution and sales teams through channel performance analysis,

profitability assessment, and ROI measurement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-

making.
