- Sales & Performance: Drive revenue and achieve branch-level targets by managing sales strategies, upselling, and executing promotional campaigns. [1, 2]

- Operations & P&L;: Manage the daily operations of the store, including budgets, profit and loss (P&L;), and expense control.

- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate retail personnel, fostering a high-performance, customer-first team culture.

- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, conduct stock audits, ensure product availability, and manage displays to optimize sales.

- Customer Service: Address escalations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain brand identity and loyalty
