Description
As a Relationship Officer in our Loans Against Gold department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and building strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on marketing and branch operations, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold loan products, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gold loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process and manage gold loan applications, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering insights to the team.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and campaigns.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, especially in relation to gold loans.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong marketing and sales abilities, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management.
