Role: FASTag Functional Tester

Project: FASTag Migration (GI Tech ? Juspay) & BAU Enhancements
Key Responsibilities
Perform end?to?end UAT & SIT testing for FASTag modules (Customer Portal, Branch Portal, Inventory Portal, Admin Portal).
Validate API integrations, request/response mapping, encryption, checksum, and signature verification as per vendor specifications.
Execute test scenarios for Tag Issuance, Tag Activation, Recharge, Toll Transaction, OLT/OLR, Blacklist/Delist, and Account Status flows.
Perform reconciliation testing across Bank ? NETC ? NPCI ? Vendor.
Validate settlement reports, mismatch handling, dispute workflows, and exception scenarios.
Test Data Migration scripts, pre?migration and post?migration validations.




Perform UAT workplace validations (API connectivity, certificates, whitelisting, configurations).
Log defects, retest fixes, and track closure with vendor teams.
Support production cutover, deployment testing, and post?go?live monitoring.
Required Skills
Ability to write test cases, test scenarios, and defect logs.
Knowledge of SQL (Athena/Oracle) for backend validations.
Hands?on experience in API testing, Postman, JSON, XML, and logs.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
knowledge of FASTag/NFTC/NPCI NETC ecosystem.
Understanding of Issuer ? Acquirer ? NPCI transaction flow.
Experience in Reconciliation and Settlement flows.
