Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Computer Operator with strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and maintain a database of more than 4,000 outdoor advertising (hoarding) sites across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should possess excellent data management, reporting, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the database of 4,000+ outdoor advertising sites in Microsoft Excel.
- Record and monitor site status, including occupied, vacant, under maintenance, and blocked sites.
- Track campaign start dates, end dates, renewal schedules, and advertisement installation timelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
- Prepare reports on vacant and occupied sites using Pivot Tables and dashboards.
- Process advertisement release orders received from clients accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for flex printing and production.
- Coordinate with installation teams for timely installation and removal of advertisements.
- Ensure all advertising campaigns are executed according to client schedules.




- Maintain vendor records, installation reports, and campaign completion documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and field staff to ensure timely execution of assigned work.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation of all advertising campaigns.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Filters & Sorting
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Lookup & Reference Functions
- Basic Excel Formulas

- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Computer Operations, Data Management, or Office Administration.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
