Position: Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.

- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to meet targets.

- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and quality teams for efficient workflow.

- Track inventory, raw materials, and finished goods to minimize delays and wastage.

- Prepare daily production reports and address operational issues promptly.

- Train and guide shop floor employees to improve productivity and discipline.

- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are followed to reduce machine downtime.

Requirements
- Education : Any

- 3–7 years of experience in factory supervision or production management.

- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety.

- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
