Deputy Manager – Credit Analyst

Role Overview

DLL is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Credit Analyst to support credit underwriting, financial analysis, credit rating, and risk assessment activities. The role involves evaluating customer financials, preparing credit recommendations, mentoring team members, and supporting credit decision-making while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements and business performance.

- Perform financial spreading using Moody's CreditLens.

- Conduct ratio analysis and cash flow assessments.

- Generate credit ratings and risk assessments.

- Prepare and review Credit Memos.

- Support underwriting and credit approval processes.

- Assess customer repayment capability and financial strength.

- Maintain credit documentation and portfolio records.

- Participate in customer and business discussions.

- Coach and support junior team members.





- Collaborate with Credit, Commercial, and Risk teams.

Requirements

- 11–13 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Underwriting, Commercial Lending, or Credit Risk.

- Strong experience in Financial Statement Analysis and Credit Memo Preparation.

- Knowledge of Moody's CreditLens or similar financial spreading tools.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Asset Finance, or Commercial Lending.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

- CA Inter, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
