- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Community & Reputation Management: Guide the team in responding to customer inquiries, tracking brand sentiment,



and building authentic community relationships.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends, applying these to keep the brand relevant.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6+ years in social media or digital marketing, with proven experience leading teams and driving successful campaigns.
