Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the school's mission and IB values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and IB regulations
- Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees
- Manage employee data, records, and reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field




- Proven experience in HR management (preferably in an international school setting)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and IB regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including employees, administrators, and parents
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an IB school workplace
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-CP)
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., ManageBac)
