Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Specialist role based in Gurgaon.



The Information Technology Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline across corporate, SME, and startup clients. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their IT infrastructure and hardware needs, and recommending suitable solutions including managed IT services, enterprise hardware, networking, security, and cloud offerings. The specialist will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to negotiation, closure, and post-sale follow-up in coordination with technical and service delivery teams. Daily responsibilities include account management, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales targets, coordinating with OEM partners, and providing timely updates and reports to sales leadership.
