About the Role
We're hiring 2 experienced Sales Closers to join our fast-growing EdTech consulting business.
We partner with established EdTech companies generating ₹5L–₹10L+ per month, helping them scale through proven marketing strategies, sales systems, and business consulting.
As a Sales Closer, you'll work exclusively with qualified inbound prospects, conducting consultative sales conversations that help business owners make confident decisions.
This is a remote, commission-only position for professionals who take ownership, communicate with clarity, and continuously improve their sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled Zoom or phone consultations with qualified leads.
Follow our proven consultative sales framework.
Build trust and guide prospects toward informed buying decisions.
Handle objections confidently while maintaining a consultative approach.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly closing targets.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 1 year of experience in high-ticket closing (coaching, consulting, or EdTech preferred).
OR
Minimum 1 year of remote sales experience with consistent performance.

Additionally, you should have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust emotional intelligence and objection-handling ability.
Ability to control sales conversations while remaining consultative.
High ownership, accountability, and coachability.
Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, and basic CRM syst
