We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to develop and manage a distributor network and drive sales activities in given geography. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a Distributor network
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies in the region
Implement sales plans and achieve targets
Build and maintain customer relationships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience
Strong knowledge of given geography/Market and its surrounding areas
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Graduate degree
