Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and manage a distributor network and drive sales activities in given geography. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a Distributor network.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies in the region.
Implement sales plans and achieve targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of sales experience.
Solid knowledge of a given geography/Market and its surrounding areas.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Graduate degree.
