Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Graduation (MBA or MBA In HR preferred)
German Language Certifications minimum B2.2 or C1 as you will liaise with German speaking employees
Strong organizational and communication skills
Aptitude for learning
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Flexible to working in a high volume and dynamic setting
A laptop for ability to work remotely till offices open up
Good To Have
Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript
Any prior experience with operations or HR
