Role Description The Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening MagickWorld’s presence in the local and national market. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding partner stays, shops, and clubs, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with vendors and community partners. The role involves leading a small sales team, setting targets,



monitoring performance, and providing training and coaching to ensure consistent service standards. The Sales Lead will collaborate with marketing and operations to design offers, refine packages, and support campaigns, while regularly analyzing sales data to optimize conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. This position requires proactive outreach, in-person meetings, and participation in local events to grow MagickWorld’s ecosystem and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage families, partners, and internal teams with clarity and empathy.
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including setting targets, driving conversions, and managing pipelines.
