Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Formulation Scientist role based in Sampla. The Formulation Scientist will design and develop formulations for niche generics and differentiated pharmaceutical products,
including pre-formulation studies, excipient selection, and process optimization. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing laboratory experiments, generating and interpreting data, and preparing technical reports, development protocols, and batch records. The role involves supporting scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing, troubleshooting formulation and process issues, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. The Formulation Scientist will collaborate closely with R&D;, analytical, manufacturing, and IP teams to ensure smooth product development and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Formulation and Research, with experience in developing injections, solid, liquid, or semi-solid dosage forms.
