Role Description The Representative at EMAREA Immobilier Industriel & Logistique will work on-site in Nawai in a full-time capacity, supporting industrial and logistics real estate activities. In this role, the Representative will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property options, coordinate site visits, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing or sales processes. The Representative will also assist with documentation, follow up on pending agreements, and help gather market information relevant to industrial and logistics properties. The role requires consistent on-site presence, clear communication with stakeholders, and a service-oriented approach to client relations.

Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort maintaining digital records.
Ability to work in office in Nawai on a full-time schedule and collaborate with diverse teams.
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
Relevant education or experience in sales, real estate, business, or a related field is beneficial.
