Role Overview
The Director – Outreach will lead the University's outreach strategy by developing strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, corporate organizations, government bodies, and strategic partners. The role will be responsible for creating sustainable outreach channels that drive admissions, enhance brand visibility, and establish K.R. Mangalam University as a preferred destination for higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Business Development




Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with the University's admissions and growth objectives.
Identify new markets, regions, and institutions to increase student enrolment opportunities.
Build long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, EdTech companies, educational consultants, and international partners.
Develop strategic collaborations with industry bodies, NGOs, corporate organizations, and government institutions.
Introduce innovative outreach models, technology-enabled engagement initiatives, and experiential marketing programs to expand institutional reach and improve student engagement.

Institutional Relationship Management
Establish and nurture robust relationships with school principals, counselors, educational leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
Represent the University at education fairs, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Strengthen alumni and referral networks to enhance outreach initiatives
