What we’re looking for:
Solid hands-on knowledge of Ad Campaigns & Paid Marketing
Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns
Good understanding of campaign metrics such as ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving business goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to test, optimize, and scale campaigns effectively
