Role Description The Associate NCC Officer is a full-time, in office role based at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar. The role involves coordinating and supervising NCC activities, including training sessions, drills, camps, and awareness programs for enrolled students.



The officer will work closely with institutional leadership and NCC authorities to plan annual training schedules, maintain discipline and safety standards, and ensure compliance with NCC guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring cadets, organizing events and parades, maintaining records and documentation, and promoting values of leadership, social responsibility, and national service. The role also requires active participation in campus initiatives and collaboration with faculty and administrative staff to integrate NCC activities into the broader educational environment.
Qualifications
Relevant NCC background, with experience in leading or supervising NCC cadets, and strong understanding of NCC rules, procedures, and training standards.
