Role Description

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Mars Telecom Systems role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, Azure) who can take complete ownership of technical solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

Backend :

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, REST API development, Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection.
Strong understanding of application design patterns and architectural principles.

Frontend

Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web development.

SQL Server

Strong SQL Server experience, ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, and experience with Stored Procedures.

Role & Responsibilities Stack Development

Design, develop, test,



and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and React.
Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable React-based front-end applications.
Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.
Create high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Support both legacy and contemporary application components during transformation initiatives.

Azure & Cloud Engineering

Design and support Azure-based application deployments.
Work with Azure App Services, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Azure Networking.

Security & Compliance

Develop secure applications following secure coding standards and OWASP recommendations.
Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection controls.
Understand PCI-compliant application development practices and contribute to SOC2 compliance requirements.
