Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat, responsible for driving sales and revenue through outbound and inbound calls. In this role,



the specialist will contact potential and existing customers, present FliqaIndia’s services, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Daily activities include managing call lists, following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales pitches with current campaigns and service offerings. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, providing feedback on customer needs, and contributing to a positive, qualified customer experience.
