Job Description – Interior Designer
About the Role
Lagom Atelier is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of premium residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing. This role requires ownership of projects from concept development through execution while collaborating with clients, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior projects from concept to completion.
Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior design concepts aligned with the brand vision and client requirements.
Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, furniture layouts, and design documentation.
Create detailed space plans, technical drawings, working drawings,



construction details, and specifications.
Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client approvals.
Collaborate closely with founders, clients, architects, consultants, contractors, craftsmen, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Select furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, accessories, artwork, and décor that align with project aesthetics and budgets.
Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure timely material selection and vendor execution.
Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Research emerging interior design trends, sustainable materials, innovative products, and evolving client preferences.
