Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Associate to join our Marketing & Business Development team. The selected candidate will support marketing initiatives, conduct market research, generate leads, and assist in managing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Intelligence

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Collect, organize, and analyze market-related data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of market findings.
Support sales and management teams with relevant market information and insights.
Maintain databases of industry information, prospects, and market intelligence.

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email,



and online platforms.
Manage and update company social media pages and website content.
As part of increasing traffic and reach to the company website, SEO backlinking should be done daily, and the required content for backlinking should also be prepared.
Support lead generation activities through social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
Assist in creating engaging content, including social media posts, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
