Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South.



The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of real estate sales consultants, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and property presentations, coordinating site visits, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle from enquiry to closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, aligning property recommendations with customer requirements, and supporting price negotiations and documentation processes. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, improve customer experience, track market trends, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
