Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote TripCiti’s travel packages and services. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, sourcing or creating images and short videos, and optimizing content for each platform. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor engagement and feedback, respond to comments and messages,



and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and proposing new ideas to strengthen TripCiti’s online presence.
Qualifications

Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging posts, crafting compelling captions, and developing visual concepts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, mobile editing apps) to produce images, stories, and short-form video content.
Knowledge of social media strategy, community management, and content scheduling tools, with the ability to plan calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging.
