Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our physical and virtual IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in server administration (Windows, Linux, and MacOS), networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox), cloud (AWS), automation tools, security, and application hosting. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and services across multiple platforms.




Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor physical and virtual servers, desktops, and laptops.
Manage network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, and GSM gateways.
Configure and troubleshoot firewall, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and routing policies.
Implement and manage backup/restore solutions for VMs, databases, and applications.
Manage virtualized environments (VMware ESXi 8, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
Administer NAS/SAN storage and RAID configurations.
Deploy and monitor web applications on IIS, Apache, and Nginx servers.
Install and manage databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Handle patch management and system updates for servers and network devices.
Manage and integrate VoIP/SIP solutions with Asterisk servers.
Monitor infrastructure using ELK Stack, Zabbix, NewRelic, Grafana with Slack/email alerts.
Support Office 365 and Google Workspace users and policies.
