Role: Operations- Bangla/Bengoli language expert
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the single point of contact for patients throughout their journey, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless care experience.
• Assist and support patients within and outside the hospital during their ongoing medical care.
• Coordinate and provide assistance during consultations, treatments, surgeries, follow-ups, and other medical procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changes in the patient’s treatment plan and coordinate the necessary actions accordingly.
• Maintain robust and cordial relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and various departments to ensure smooth patient care.




• Work closely with the Patient Relations team to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Keep the reporting manager updated on patient treatment progress and promptly report any incidents or concerns.
Must Have
• Knowledge of hospital operations and a good understanding of medical functions and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and understanding abilities.
• Quick, empathetic, and proactive approach toward patient care situations.
• Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and hospital teams.
