FinLender Capital is looking for dynamic and driven professionals with experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, and Special Situations to join our growing Deal Origination team. If you have a proven track record of sourcing and executing mid-market transactions, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Originate new business opportunities through market outreach, networking, data mining, referrals, and other deal sourcing initiatives.
· Source and originate transactions across Private Credit, Special Situation Financing, Debt Syndication and Private Equity.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with promoters of mid-market companies, founder-led businesses, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
· Evaluate financial statements, negotiate commercial terms, and drive transactions through end-to-end execution.
· Consistently achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
✔ MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
✔ 3+ years of relevant experience in deal origination or investment banking
✔ Robust communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
