Profile Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new client acquisition, project development, market expansion, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management, preferably within the Building Materials, Flooring, Interior Products, Architectural Products, or related industries.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing project leads, building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and converting business opportunities into revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, industry contacts, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Corporate Clients.
Identify upcoming projects and manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
Develop and maintain a robust project and sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
Understand customer and project requirements and recommend appropriate product and commercial solutions.
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and order closures.
Develop existing accounts through effective relationship management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
