About The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing exceptional talent to interview coordination, offer management, and successful candidate onboarding.

You'll work closely with Hiring Managers, Engineering Leaders, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical hiring.




Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social hiring, and networking.
Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Experience

Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain proactive communication with candidates to reduce drop-offs.
Act as the primary point of contact from initial screening through offer acceptance.

Interview Management

Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and hiring panels.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring pipelines, and recruitment metrics u
