Role Description The Field Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting Thermalon’s product portfolio, and demonstrating how solutions such as metal roofs,



insulated roofs, polycarbonate sheets, and insulation materials meet client needs. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in coordination with internal teams. Daily tasks include maintaining regular contact with customers, providing after-sales support, gathering market feedback, and preparing activity and sales reports. The role also requires collaboration with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, while representing the company professionally in the field.
