Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive loan advisory sales operations, including managing a team of sales professionals, setting and tracking sales targets,



and ensuring high-quality client service. Responsibilities include developing and executing local sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lending partners, and ensuring smooth coordination of the borrowing process from inquiry to disbursement. The role involves monitoring market trends, optimizing conversion rates, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and client experience. The Sales Manager will also focus on training and mentoring team members, promoting a performance-driven culture, and upholding Urban Money’s standards of unbiased financial advice.
Qualifications
Robust sales management and business development skills, with experience in setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth.
