JOB OBJECTIVE

The Security & Safety Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the productive
management of security and safety operations. This includes supervising S&S;
Supervisors and ensuring all safety protocols are followed across the property.
The role entails responding to incidents, promoting a culture of safety, and
ensuring the integrity of security functions,



such as patrolling, access
control, surveillance, and compliance with fire and life safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

Leads the security and safety team, supervises patrols and incident responses,
and coordinates access control measures. Reviews incident reports and ensures
surveillance and alarm systems are functional. Organizes regular training for
team members on safety protocols and conducts fire and emergency drills.
Collaborates with property management to address risks and implements proactive
security measures.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Supervision of Security & Safety Teams.
• Daily Operations. Oversee the daily activities of security personnel and
safety stewards, ensuring adherence to security protocols and safety
regulations. Provide guidance to the team and ensure they are properly
positioned to manage key areas across the property.
