Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them toward suitable digital solutions offered by Aditya Birla Capital Digital.



Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new customers, explaining product features, assisting with app usage, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across payments, loans, investments, and insurance. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with branch and regional teams to achieve business targets, gather customer feedback, and share insights to improve services. The role also requires regular follow-ups, documentation accuracy, and adherence to compliance and company policies.
Qualifications
