We take industrial products from development to serial production—handling New Product Development (NPD), contract manufacturing, and second-source programs. Powered by a proprietary digital platform, we coordinate a network of 33 committed manufacturing partners selected from over 900 qualified Indian suppliers, serving customers across 19 export markets. Our core focus segments include energy, power electronics, EV charging, and precision manufacturing.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic, smart, and highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our outbound lead generation team. Your primary mission is to help us open doors. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to research target accounts, find the right decision-makers, and initiate contact through phone calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring management graduate or professional to learn the ropes of high-ticket B2B sales and supply chain marketing from the ground up.
What You Will Do Daily
Outbound Outreach: Make 20–30 outbound cold calls daily to targeted industrial profiles from our database.
Lead Qualification: Deliver a structured pitch to qualify prospects based on product requirements, monthly manufacturing volumes, and current sourcing channels.
Contact Discovery: Use tools like LinkedIn and online directories to map out decision-makers (Purchase Heads, NPD Engineers, and Founders) at target OEM companies.
Multi-Channel Follow-ups: Send professional follow-up messages on WhatsApp and LinkedIn to called prospects.
Data Hygiene: Log all call attempts, notes, and outcomes diligently into our CRM database.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in booking and setting up discovery meetings for the core sales team.
