About The Role

This isn't a calendars-and-coffee EA role. You'll sit inside Techdome's Founder's Office, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and CTO on the decisions that actually shape the business — strategy, business development, operations, and client engagement.

You'll take half-formed ideas and turn them into executed plans. You'll spot bottlenecks before they become problems and clear them yourself. You'll get a front-row seat to how a technology company is actually built, not just administered.

This role is built for someone who wants ownership, not a task list.

What You'll Do

Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on strategic priorities — translating decisions into action and staying on it until it's done, not just until it's assigned.
Own cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations, so priorities don't stall in the handoff between teams.
Build client-ready presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business documents that put Techdome's best foot forward.
Conduct market, competitor, and AI ecosystem research,



and convert findings into insights leadership can actually act on — not just another report that sits unread.
Support client interactions end to end: prepare meeting briefs, coordinate follow-ups, and draft skilled communications that represent the founders well.
Use AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI — as part of your daily workflow to move faster on research, writing, documentation, and operations.

Projects You'll Own

Founder Strategy & Execution: business planning, decision support, and execution tracking.
Business Development: sales proposals, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Market & AI Intelligence: competitive research, industry trends, and AI adoption opportunities.
Special Projects: cross-functional initiatives with direct impact on business growth.
