Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at the Lucknow office, engaging with prospective students, parents, and partners to promote Profession Hike’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultation calls or meetings, explaining platform features and benefits,



and guiding potential users through registration or subscription processes. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and service updates. The role also involves achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing feedback on user needs, and representing Profession Hike professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful sign-ups or partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi.
