Role Description This is a full time, on-site Dubai Real Estate role based in Ahmedabad with Venus Group of Companies. The professional in this role will manage client inquiries related to Dubai properties, provide detailed information on available projects, and guide clients through the property selection and purchase process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property presentations, coordinating site or virtual visits, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting sales closures.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and market trends, while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with the company’s standards. Regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients and participation in promotional activities or events will be part of the position.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property, preferably with exposure to Dubai or international markets.
Experience in Real Estate Development, with the ability to communicate project features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
Proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing deals in a real estate or related domain.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
