About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Training & Academic Coordinator to join our team in Vellore. The ideal candidate should have teaching experience along with strong coordination, communication, and system-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day academic and training activities.
Coordinate with tutors, trainers, and with internal teams.
Assist in planning and organizing training sessions.
Actively participate in training programs and support trainers.
Maintain training schedules, records, and documentation.
Handle regular follow-ups and coordination with team members.
Support daily academic and operational activities.
Ensure smooth communication between different teams.




Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks on time.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of teaching experience is required – online or offline.
Experience in coordination, or academic activities will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of computer systems and basic software/tools is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust coordination and organizational skills.
Should be comfortable working with tutors, trainers, and other team members.
Should actively participate in training activities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
