Lead international logistics operations with ownership of freight cost optimization, carrier relationship management, shipment escalations, customer communication, customs coordination, delivery timelines, and continuous process improvement.

Core Responsibilities
Freight planning and cost optimization.
Compare courier/freight options and negotiate rates, rebates and waivers.
Manage carrier, Freight Forwarder and CHA relationships.
Own shipment booking, documentation and execution.
Manage delivery timelines and expedite urgent shipments.
Handle shipment delays, customs hold, duty payment, lost shipments, RTO and return cases.
Communicate shipment status and duty/customs issues with customers.
Coordinate export documentation and customs compliance.
Manage reverse logistics and refunds.
Guide junior logistics executives.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Procurement.
Drive SOP improvements and logistics MIS reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile




2–4 years in International Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Export Operations.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce or related discipline.
