Role Description The Senior Team Lead – University Business will oversee and grow ICA Edu Skills’ university-focused partnerships and initiatives from the Kolkata office in a full-time,



in office capacity. This role involves leading and mentoring a team to drive institutional outreach, manage relationships with university stakeholders, and support enrollment and placement activities aligned with ICA’s programs. Responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, developing business plans for university collaborations, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth program delivery, and monitoring performance metrics for the university business segment. The Senior Team Lead will engage with academic administrators and student communities, handle escalations professionally, and ensure high standards of service and communication. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and contributing to strategic decisions that strengthen ICA’s presence in the higher education ecosystem.
