What will you do?
The person would be responsible for OTC/X business in select markets in
South-East Asia & Indian Sub-continent (ex-India) by partnering with in-country
Brand Managers to drive consistent brand & trade strategy execution. This role
is responsible for translating global brand direction into strong local
activations, ensuring alignment while delivering commercial impact. The
incumbent shall manage integrated campaigns, support portfolio growth, and act
as a key bridge between global and country teams.
Individual will be expected to work across one or more focus markets such as
Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Bangladesh, depending on business priorities
and project needs.
This role will have an international travel requirement of at least 4-6
week-long trips per year.
Areas of Responsibility:
Brand Strategy & Market Alignment
* Support development and execution of annual brand plans aligned to regional
and country business objectives
* Work closely with in-country Brand Managers to adapt global strategy into
relevant local initiatives
* Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
across markets
* Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to
identify growth opportunities
