Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram for Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapy professionals. The role involves assessing individuals with communication, speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, and designing evidence-based therapy plans tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The skilled will also provide family and caregiver education, contribute to rehabilitation and recovery plans, and support preventive and early intervention initiatives. Active involvement in quality improvement, adherence to ethical and professional standards, and participation in training or awareness programs are integral to this role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and clinical management of Speech
