About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Controller who will own the quality, consistency and effectiveness of all creatives produced by our Graphics & Video teams.
This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Creative and Performance Marketing. You will ensure every creative is not only visually strong and on-brand, but also built with a clear understanding of consumer psychology, digital advertising and conversion objectives.
You will act as the key liaison between the Creative and D2C Performance Marketing teams, ensuring the right creative ideas are developed, tested and optimised for performance.
What You’ll Do
Own the creative approval process across graphics, videos, performance ads, social content and other digital communication.
Ensure all creatives follow Beastlife's brand guidelines, tone of voice, communication principles and business objectives.
Work closely with the Creative,



Graphics and Video teams to improve creative concepts, storytelling, hooks, messaging and execution.
Partner with the D2C/Performance Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, audience insights and performance requirements.
Develop a strong understanding of what makes creatives perform across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Evaluate creatives using performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, thumb-stop rate, engagement and conversion performance.
Use performance data and learnings to identify winning creative patterns, hooks, formats, messages and visual styles.
Create a structured feedback loop between the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to continuously improve creative output.
Ensure the creative team is consistently producing a healthy pipeline of performance-focused creatives for testing and scaling.
